My mechanic (not a Ford shop) noticed the leak during routine servicing. He was not sure whether it was a seal leak or the result of foaming through the vent. He recommended that I go to dealer, since it is still under warranty.

I have a 2015 Edge Titanium AWD with the 3.5L engine. I have about 17,000 miles on it. Before the summer my mechanic (non-Ford) was doing an oil change, and noticed some oil on the outside of the PTU. He wasn't sure where it was coming from, but told me to have Ford check it out. I didn't have time during July and August, so I just got it to the Ford dealer today. They checked it out and told me that they will replace the PTU free of charge, but they will not be able to get it till early October. At least they are replacing it for free without giving me a hard time.

The Sony audio on my '15 Titanium sounded very poor on the high end. I discovered that the treble settings are reversed! If I set the treble to maximum minus I get sharp and clear high end. Maybe you should try that.

I am very happy with my Titanium V6 fully loaded. I got it in April and now have close about 7000 miles on it. It was built on February 25, but I have not had any leaks .

The driver's door on my Edge was making a squeaking noise when it was opened, I showed it to my mechanic (not dealer) and he told me that the forward edge of the door panel was rubbing against the front side panel. He used a tool to force the door panel back just a bit and the noise went away. Apparently the door panel had slipped forward a little.

Does anyone know how to turn off the side sensing and parking aid systems? Sometimes when I am driving in slow traffic (New York!) it starts beeping. It also turns down the volume of the telephone conversation through the bluetooth connection, making it very difficult to continue the conversation.

Other than the windshield washer and wiper, how else can you clean it?

I have had my Edge Titanium since May. The lane keeping system has worked all along. The past 3 weeks it is not working. I have tried to change the warning intensity from medium to high, and the mode from warn only to warn and adjust just to see if it makes any difference, but it still doesn't work. I don't get any error messages. Anybody have any ideas?

My build date is 2/25/15, and I have not had any leaks.

I had been very unhappy with the sound of the system, particularly with the lack of treble. Using the maximum treble boost setting the sound was still "muddy". I was thinking of replacing the tweeters to see if that would help. I just discovered that the treble control is reversed !! If I set the treble all the way to minus I get incredibly clear and brilliant high end sound. It is crazy, but it works.

My build date is Feb 25. I got the letter from Ford, but I have not had any leaks that I have noticed, even though we have had some very heavy rains.

My VIN is 01888 with a build date back in March, but I have had no water leaks in some very heavy rains. I will keep an eye on it, but for now I am not going to the dealer.

I have now purchased a charge-only USB cable - BlueRigger Rapid Charge Micro USB Cable - 6 Feet (does not support data transfer) I am now getting 1100 miliamp from the USB port.
