As a former tire tech for a local tire shop, that style take 30 seconds with a hammer and a can of compressed air to remove, if the first option hammering a socket over it did not work.

My first car was a 1988 Cavalier Z24, 5 speed, I had swapped out the blown 2.8L engine for a 3.1L multiport out of a 1991 Z24. The young tuner in me at the time did just about every bolt on possible, headers, exhaust, homemade intake, a "superchip" and a new cam. Was a fast fun little car(well fast in my mind) that met an unfortunate ending to the rear end of a jacked up K series Blazer.
