do you know any pricing on them. I looked at the web page a few days ago and didn't see any info on the price. Also can you buy parts separate say just the front or just the rear?

I've never been a big fan of chrome wheels but those look nice man. I guess the only real way to see if they fit is to head down to your local tire shop and have them fit some rims and tires for ya I'm sure they would accommodate you and if you bring the print out of what the cost of the rims and tires are online they would probably match if not beat the price, at least the shops I have used in the past have done that for me. And of course if you end up getting some new shoes you have to post the pics. :happy feet:

08's will be out later this year probably August they will be calling them 08's. Not sure if it can be retro fitted after the fact but I don't see why not probably just cost a bunch. Theres always aftermarket options but you loose your steering wheel controls as far as I know no one has come up with a solution yet to keep factory steering wheel controls working on after market head units

I know Magnaflow has a cat back system that will be out soon they have it on there website but no cost yet! ( http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/shopdis...80&cat=Edge ) I I think simple "bolt ons" would be popular with the Edge so long as they increase horsepower and don't decrease mpg a lot. It would be nice to see both lowering and lift kits for this rig I think it could look really nice jacked up 2 inches or so with some BFG All-Terrain T/A KO 31" tires under there as well as sitting down a few inches again with some nice rims maybe some 22's even. Anyway Its early in the life of the edge and I'm sure we will see an increase in aftermarket parts in the near feature

Where is this 8" woofer located anyone have a pic of it. I want to add an after market system but don't want a big'ol box just sitting in the trunk. Is there space on the side of the trunk I can fit say a 10" sub into and have custom fiberglass done? I had removed the spare tire in my last car and put a box in there but don't want to do that with the edge.

I have factory side bars but bought a Thule ski rack for my edge that included the cross bars it took about 15 mins to install the rack and I just took it off yesterday in less then 10 mins. The wind noise was noticeable but not that loud. you might want to think about keeping the bars off and just put them one when you know you will need them. It should only take a few mins to put on and off, just an option if the wind noise it that much of a problem.

From what I can see on the website it looks like you are right the SE is suppose to be black and the SEL and SEL + are suppose to be color matched.

Not sure how side rails are added but I would guess that you do not have to drill into your roof I would hope Ford was smarter than that. I can take a look at my rails this afternoon and see if I can see anything.

Congrats on the edge I've been searching every site I can think of for custom parts for the Edge no luck so far. The only thing I have been able to find are wheels and magnaflow has a cat back system that will be out shortly. Going to be putting a 7 inch alpine touch screen in soon along with upgrading the speakers and adding ipod and bluetooth to it as well. Keep us up to date with what you add to your ride.

I opted not to get the factory cross bars simply because if you are thinking of putting on a bike, kayak or ski rack the bars that you can get with those systems look stronger to me and also you don't have to wait for the companies to make adapters for the cross bars. I put on a 6 pair ski rack from thule http://www.mountaingear.com/pages/product/...m/923274/N/1145 for $170.00 it includes the cross bars and the ski attachments, and adjusts to the car width. Install took about 25 mins. I don't have a bike or a kayak so I only needed the ski rack so when ski season is over it all comes off nice and neat. I'll post some picks next week I'm going on a ski trip tomorrow so I'll finally get to see how the edge handles with 4 people and a shit load of gear. Also we are suppose to get a bunch of snow starting tomorrow( I live in Western Massachusetts) Going to Killington for the weekend.

The thing you should be disappointed about is that you ordered your car in August and it just came in. I walked onto the lot 3 weeks ago and they had 4 Edges sitting there I picked one out and drove it off the lot the next day.

When you look at the key it looks like there is a way to take off the cover and ad buttons to the key? anyone think this is in planning I like how everything is on the key and would hate to have an extra key fob for just remote start.
