  1. On the Sport I had 21".
  2. There is nothing much more I can say now on ST vs Sport. Maybe in a week or two or after a longer drive out town. One thing that may sound strange, knowing that the coil stiffness had been increased,(front by 10% and rear by 20%), is that ST seems more agreeable to small bumps compare to Sport. I am driving the same streets as the last three years and ST is definitely more enjoyable. I am not sure that the stiffness increase I red about was relative to the Sport model and not the the regular Edge, never saw this directly claimed. So maybe the whole new suspension redesign and tuning plays some role here .
  3. Today picked my Edge ST: Magnetic, 20", 401A. Before it drove 2013 Limited and 2016 Sport, both with 401A . Here are my first impressions: It looks like Sport, but it is different animal. Smoother and quieter. The seats are probably the best I have ever been into. The balance between performance, convenience and enjoyment of driving is excellent. And frankly, I don't care some saying that it "does not deserve the ST badge". If Ford say it does, so be it. And I believe that the next iteration will be even better.

With all due respect to your patriotic feelings, I still fail to understand how are they related to the measurement system in use.

    Matters for what? ?

    Edge ST MPG

As far as I know there are only three country in the world that haven't adopted as official the metric system yet: Burma, Liberia and the US. Nothing personal intended and no parallels beyond the metric system drawn, of course ? Also, I have no intention to start a measurements system discussion here, it is not the right forum. It is just a curious fact.
  8. Just compared the PDF versions of 2016 Sport and 2019 ST manuals: both state 162 lb.ft, pages 323 and 341 respectively.
  9. Hi Gadgetjq, Thank you very much! Just the information I needed ?
  10. Guys, Long time member (since 2016) but first post. I am trying to fix-up a dashcam with parking function and for this I have to feed it through 3-wire set: always live / power-on only live /ground. Can you please someone point me to fuses in the passenger compartment box in edge 2015-2019 that are always live (not timed) and only power-on live, preferably not related to safety (like airbags, etc.)? I know, that I can measure this with a probe, but I will have to wait for the power-off timer. Also the fuse box is positioned in a very convenient location for an old dude like me. Thanks in advance ?
  11. It is not only strange, it is also inconvenient. On my old Edge 2014 it was based on DTE and was coming up always at 60 km.
  12. I had the same problem (or at least I thought it was a problem) and took the car to the dealer. The technician showed me an excerpt from the service manual (not the user one which is very vague) stating that the warning will come up when the fuel level in the tank is 1/16. It is plausible then, that the DTE value the warning will come up will be different each time because it will depend on the current average fuel consumption used by the system to calculate it.
  13. Nick and Tjm623, both you are right and I believe you, but I still would like for these buttons were more legible Thanks guys.
  14. Thanks Burrcold. Too bad, I hoped it was some setting I missed. My lights are also set on auto, but even if I turn them to low lights during daytime they still stay off. Looks like it is only the light sensor that controls them.
  15. I am wondering if the climate controls backlighting should be on in daytime mode. On my 2016 sport they are Off and this is not very convenient in some daytime lightning conditions, I simple can’t see what is what. The automatic nighttime turns them ON though. Maybe I switch something in the setting and cannot find it now? I’m talking about the controls on the attached image.
  16. Thanks enigma-2. I didn't find this one, probably because I was not looking for the OEM version. I had it on my previous generation Edge and from personal experience I may say that it is a joke. It does not protect the most vulnerable part of the bumper. the stainless still one from you link is for the 2011-2014 model and maybe that is why it is cheaper. Up to now I didn't find anything suitable below $75.
  17. Thank you for your opinion. It is not not more expensive that the OEM one and any other. I also don't think it is "highly" reflective as some Mercedes OEM stainless steel which are literary mirror-polished. This one seems to be more like a scattering surface. What I really like is that it is thin and it covers the edge. There are other out there from rubber that also cover the edge, but from the pictures I have seen they look to be pretty thick. I'm not sure though that this one will fit properly.
  18. Has anyone considered or tried this one: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Rear-Bumper-Protector-sill-plate-trim-fit-for-FORD-EDGE-2015-2016/222221332517?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140620091118%26meid%3D8ae11c690ec1434b85873bc42c775348%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D172245341479
