Fingernip.….Sure, the dealer has that website available and was looking at it last Friday with them and they have NO information other than like I stated it is produced but still listed as being "in production" with no shipment or transfer information. They seem to think but do not KNOW that there is some kind of "review" or "check' being done on it. You have my serial number you check it out if you have access.....

Good Luck with your arrival date! My windows sticker and the dealer invoice lists Oct. 16th as the build date and from Oct. 25th till today Dec. 4 it is still listed as "in production" with the delivery date ticking up one day at a time to 22 days now till delivery. Go Go Figure!?? Dealer is incensed at Ford and cannot get an answer what is going on. After talking to many Ford reps and receiving no answer I finally gave up and filed an official complaint with Ford over this fiasco that has been on order since June 13.

Local dealer here always very aggressive, for example 2018 Edge with List of $42874 has discount of $9969, 2019 Edge with List of $42505 has discount of $5419. My ST only one on special order and expect would get the $5,000 discount when arrives, if it ever arrives!! Very few ST have arrived yet in MN...

Jimmy...Apparently you work for a dealer. When did your dealership order the 400A?? What was the build date and when did it arrive? I ordered a 400A in Ingot Silver with Nav. & block heater June 13 and still no word on when it will be delivered!

It will eventually show up when you get closer to the build date (mine did) and then as well you will be able to download your window sticker. Exactly how many days before I am not sure of?? Anyway mine has now ticked down to the delivery date with NO delivery and is now counting back up again from 1 to now 6 days till delivery, adds an extra each day that goes by. It is real crazy and a mixed up affair for sure; I have complained to Ford and they will say nothing about why the tracking does not work properly....all they say is talk to your dealer. My dealer says they have vehicles that were due in early Sept that still have not arrived and have no idea where they are or as well my vehicle that was ordered June 13th.

The "new" as of September Ford customer order tracking website (https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/status) does not appear to be functioning properly as today it shows mine still in production as of Oct. 25, while estimating delivery at my MN dealer tomorrow. That is Tuesday the 13th, and I ordered it June 13!! My ST window sticker has a date on it of Oct. 16th and when compared to my other Fords that w-sticker date matches up with the build date shown on the door jam sticker. So we shall see what tomorrow or maybe Christmas brings!!

Blitz118: When did you order your ST and after now driving it some; what do YOU think of the new 8 speed auto, is it as bad as the reviews I come across say it is, basically making it unfit to be called a ST??? Thanks!

On the issue of the new 8 speed trans take a look at this news story on the history and development: ( The ST has a higher torque rating 8 speed developed in house from the old 6 speed or is this all speculation????

Maybe the production line gives it special treatment...HA! Dealer said "THEIR" stock orders take preference over customer orders for "new" models and Ford decides what models (options) they should stock so those are built first; customer orders come second.

I ordered ST June 13 at dealer as soon as they received order material, Ford did not recognize order until July 3. Have had VIN for six weeks or so and supposedly building over several days about now as this Wednesday was first able to obtain window sticker which is correct as ordered except they call it a "Special Order" for some reason?? Tentative dealer arrival date of Nov. 11, shipping out by rail according to window sticker.

About 15 minutes ago I "TRIED" to get some info out of Ford Perf and no one will talk about ST trans issues nor delays, my production schedule has changed for the third time....which is OK if they then get it right!! I believe the earlier Edge 6 speeds had shift programing problems as well as the 10 speed intro in the F-150 which eventually got worked out; but why introduce a vehicle that way with flaws??

Mine is week of Nov. 5th with build date of Oct. 18, was ordered June 14. Talked directly to Ford Performance Division today and that is what they gave me. Anyone know of a 2019 Edge of any kind delivered??

Mine is scheduled for Oct. 15 with arrival about Nov. 5th, ordered June 14th....

Supposedly Ford says all parts for 2019 Edge assembly are ready and waiting for Sept. 4th start. I ordered my 400A June 14 and have an order number but no scheduling number yet.....dac

Ordered mine June 14 Ingot Silver 400A only option is Co-Pilot Assist w Nav. 67D to keep price down. Get up to 50K might as well look at BMW or Jag. Not sure I like wheels either but see what really look like when comes in.
