  1. My driver's side heated seat sometimes sets itself to high despite the dashboard light 'remembering' my low setting. I've noticed this happens following a remote start, but only after I've arrived at a destination and turn the vehicle off. Following a subsequent (manual) restart, the dashboard indicator remembers the low setting, but five minutes later the seat often gets so hot that I have to turn it off.
  2. Has anyone else experienced an idle transmission when selecting reverse? It's happened a few times to me now, specifically when I'm already in drive, then come to a stop, and then select reverse to back into my driveway. The transmission will hang for some reason and I can even rev the engine, but when it happens, the transmission will eventually kick into reverse within five seconds or so. It's not a consistent occurrence, and I can't duplicate it on demand. Also, I know that I've selected reverse because the dial selector has become second nature to me already. I don't like to bug my dealership with every little thing, so I figured I'd ask you folks if you have experienced either of these issues as well?
  3. Would this "Blaster" dry lube with Teflon be considered a decent product, or is there a better product to suggest? It says it's also safe to use on rubber seals (Vista roof & door frame seals) as well: https://www.partsource.ca/products/dirt-resistant-dry-lube-spray
  4. '19 Titanium as well. I stumbled on B&O's Ford site, but it only lists specifications for the EcoSport, Fiesta, and F150: https://www.beoplay.com/en/landingpages/ford#intro I sent them an inquiry about the 12-speaker system found in the Edge, and they directed me to contact Ford because they're not sure how their hardware is being implemented. See reply:
  5. Mine was built in November '18 - Option Group 301A (Titanium AWD). I noticed that my headlamps weren't self-testing so I mentioned it to my dealership who looked into the matter and told me that engineering is aware of the (non-safety) issue. For what it's worth, my vehicle was built on November 18, 2018, but received it's first (and only) Sync update ten days later on November 28, 2018. (I purchased it on January 2, 2019). Did it sit at the Oakville plant for a while? I thought that Sync is installed on the assembly line? Is the Sync software integrated with our vehicle menu options? The adaptive headlamp menu is missing from my vehicle's system as well. All is good if they can release a fix soon, but it sure would have been nice if Ford had let us know before we discovered it on our own.
