  1. We only have 500 miles so we have filled up 2x so far and one time the gas nozzle came flying out when it clicked off sprayed gas all over the side and on my leg as i was standing next to it. Now before i get roasted yes i have filled many a car but the angle seems awfully odd to me . My wife hasnt filled yet as I magically get to drive it when its been low so far. Anyone else have this joy happen to them???
  2. We have the tan interior . Anyone else have the airbag on the passenger side off color to the rest of the dash???
  3. Yeah we sell those they are slick. Only problem i see with the Edge is that the angle of the turn signal stalk is akward. I am still getting used to it
  4. We got a hatchbag for ours. I have one in my durango and the rear looks like the day we bought it . www.hatchbag.com
  5. or just go aftermarket and get way more options for far less money and keep the steering wheel control. http://www.fordedgeforum.com/index.php?sho...entry3327
  6. I just found out that the Lincoln MKX comes with homelink in the visor. I am going to see if the color of the visor matches and if so order a new visor for our Edge i am sure it would be cheaper than a Homelink Mirror. I will update as i find out With color match and price.

  9. Well we have sold a one to someone i here i think . He bought a Avic D3 ipod cable and xm navtraffic with steering wheel control. You also need a dash kit a wire harness and antenna adapter . We can wire it all except for the park brake and vss if you want to do something like that and also install the deck into the kit we do that all the time for other customers then all you need to do is pop off the dash and tap 2 wires .
  10. It has a seperate amp and there is an adapter to plug in to that harness on the back of the radio.
  11. Yes way less expensive with way more oprions. They take about 2 hours to do Yes you retain the steering wheel control
  12. We use the Peripheral Peswips you need to ground pin 19 of the main harness this is the feed from the radio to the steering wheel. then you also need a resistor on the purple wire on the control box
  13. No the steering wheel controls are simple and can be programmed for different features like mute or. Backup cam ipod on the screen plus charge xm w navtraffic to route around traffic sirius Bluetooth. The install is fairly simple if you get the plug in harness The only outside wires not at the radio are park brake and backup for a cam if you get that. As far as headrest we do Myron & Davis that match the leather or fabric and are flush inside the headrest. If your interested then you can call me at the shop ask for Joe just follow the link below.
  14. Yeah we have done 4 or 5 for the dealers . My wife liked the car so much we went and ordered one. we put pioneer avic d3 in all but one for way less that the dealer wants for navi plus you can add everything to it for less than the dealer base navi unit.
  15. Doesnt have traditional preouts RCA's. But the deck should via the wire harness. you will need an Line output converter. We do them all the time on the f150 and f250 its a simple solution
  16. Just ordered a SEL PLUS AWD for the wife. Panaramic roof and Backup sensors only options ordered. The day it gets here we will be putting in the Pioneer AVIC D3 with XM Navtraffic Bluetooth and IPOD , BACKUP Cam , w/steering wheel control. @ way remote start alarm. GPS tracking. and 2 headrest with built in dvd's. We own a Car Audio Shop and we just did one of these and went to one of our dealers that we do work for and ordered one. Cant wait to get it. What is everyones opinion on the vehicle so far. We never get first year models but were desperate for a new car as both of ours are very tired.
