i thought all the edges had 6x8's in the doors. we have done 15-20 with upgrades and all had 6x8's. Havent heard Seas in almost 20 years they were great back in the day late 80's i had them in all my show vehicles. Where did you find them???

Go aftermarket it will always have way more features and RANGE than any factory system at a fraction of the cost. I put a marksman M-12a on the wifes Edge. It is a full security system with remote start and 2 way communication. I have it hooked up to the memory features for both of us and also the driver heated seat. Also whatever is left on ac or heat will come on when remote started. As for people that complain that they have problems 99% of the time it is a bad install. no the cable is a plug between so it has the female to plug the sirius back in you can also add bluetooth cause that harness is where the bluetooth comes in as well. pluss its all plug and play so no wires to cut.

Headlights have NOTHING to do with a check engine light. It is mostly for emissions. Check that gas cap again. if it continues i would say that the cap might be bad it happens all the time. Check engine is for engine related sensors and emissions only. that would be like the check engine light coming on cause you have a flat tire, and since you have the TPMS you dont need to worry about that either. I can attest the TPMS works as designed. We had a screw in a tire that we never would have seen on a day trip and the light popped on as soon as we got on the freeway. So we got back off got it fixed and were on our way.
