  1. Sorry, but its long gone. I sold it last July on Ebay.
  2. I still have a hard time believing there would are ANY gas mileage gains with a K&N filter. You can read about power and mileage gains online all day, but it sure seems like anecdotal evidence to me. It seems that if these claims were indeed possible for a mere $50 that car manufacturers would include them from the factory. Why would ford not want to improve vehicle efficiency and help meet CAFE requirements for a minimal investment? Of course this is just my opinion, and I certainly have no problems with anyone who thinks otherwise.
  3. It gets worse. I have had mine since October and the paint on every single wheel has already began to peel. I don't think the wheels look that bad, but it is pretty ridiculous to have chrome clad wheels on such an expensive vehicle.
  4. Super easy. I have done it twice with no ramps. When it comes to changing the oil, Its one of the easier vehicles I have ever had deal with.
  5. As far as I know, the 2009 models were the first to use the Hard drive based navigation. As easy way to tell if if your Navigation System has the repeat button, its DVD based. If it has the phone button, its the newer unit with the Hard drive.
  6. Are you a member of USAA? More often than not, their pricing is lower than X-Plan and requires no negotiation as well.
  7. Thanks for the heads up. I just downloaded the Android version. While the reviews of the app don't leave me to optimistic, at least it appears to be a step in the right direction.
  8. There is quite a few topics on this already if you do a search. The short answer is while its possible, its not easy, nor cheap. When I had a 2010, I added an OEM nav unit that i purchased off Ebay for $1000. You will also need an OEM amp and to switch out the steering wheel controls and rewire the microphone to sync to maintain all functionality.
  9. I got my 6yr/100k premium care with $100 deductible online from Flood Ford for $910. It was pretty much half the price that I was offered at the local dealership that I purchased my Edge at.
  10. Remote Start is an available option part of the drivers entry package which also includes push button start, power lift gate, perimeter alarm and the intelligent access. I believe the option is only available on the Limited and Sport models
  11. With the exception of the calendar thinking its 2030, mine has worked flawlessly for the 6 weeks I have owned my edge. However, I am under no delusions, and I am certain its just a matter of time before I am victimized by MFT.
  12. A little over a month ago I upgraded my 2010 Limited to 2011 version. After putting on about 2000 miles on the new one I am averaging about 21 MPG doing a 50/50 driving mix. On my 2010, i was lucky to average 19 MPG. I expected a little better gas mileage, but did not think it would be this significant. Is everyone else having similar results?
  13. The cargo area has identical dimensions on both models. I took my OEM liner from my 2010 and put it my 2011, and it fit perfectly. I see no reason why the weather tech deigned for the 2007-2010 models would not do the same.
  14. It shows up on SyncMyRide, but it appears that you have to go to the dealer for the update. The disclaimer that a "dealer service fee may apply" kind of surprises me. BT4T-14D544-BD Version SYNC GEN 2 + Dealer Install (Requires a visit to your local dealership. Dealer service fee may apply.)
  15. I personally would cancel it all. Although I am not sure that the Ford ESP is a bad thing to have, I am certain you can get a much better deal online. Any new ford dealer can sell ESP, and many will sell it very close to cost. I picked my 6yr/100K ESP for $910 at Flood Ford, but there are several other dealers offering similar prices.
  16. Here is a picture of the All weather mats for the 2011. I got them online at CarpartsEstore for $67.43. I believe shipping was free and i got them in 3 days. I actually have no problem with any of the Ford OEM accessories with the exception of the cargo cover which is total garbage.
  17. I think the OEM all weather floor mats are pretty decent quality. I kept the set out of my 2010 when I traded it thinking they fit my new edge. Unfortunately my plan did not work and I had to order the new set for the 2011. One good thing is that the newer set seems to have a slightly better design and feel to them. Well worth the $70 I paid for them in my opinion.
  18. The 2011 have a 2 inch hitch. I believe all 2010 and prior years with the OEM hitch have the 1 1/4.
  19. Its a OEM accessory so it can be purchased sereratly for about $100, but in my opion its not worth the money. There are a couple of threads on this already, and you will find that most people agree the the cargo shade is poorly engineered.
  20. My 2011 Limited with 18 inch wheels does have it.
  21. I am not sure about the WeatherTech, but I took my OEM cargo mat from my 2010 when I traded it in and it fit perfectly. If something has changed, its not the dimensions.
  22. They are still offering the additional $1000 bonus cash. You can also get an additional $750 rebate by ordering an Edge brochure from the Ford website. You can combine it with all public offers and I was even able to combine it with X plan. I am picking up my 2011 tomorrow, and i was able to get X plan - $2250 in rebates.
  23. I recently purchased an OEM Navigation system for my 2010 Ford Edge limited. Due to some unforeseen financial obligations, I am going to probably have to sell. Kit includes: 2009-2010 OEM Hard drive based Navigation programmed for a Ford Edge. All speakers, subwoofer, sync, satellite radio, Sirius travel link, usb, and jukebox work correctly. Ford OEM amplifier and harness. Antenna extender and splitter used to use OEM antenna for both Sirius and GPS Replacement Steering wheel controls If you have a 2009-2010 Ford edge, everything for the most part is plug and play. I was able to easily get everything working with the exception of the phone and sync button on the steering wheel controls. I am able to pair and phone and it is fully functional, but I have to access though the Navigation touch screen. I have directions to correct this issue by rerouting 2 wires to the sync module underneath the center console. If anyone is interested please let me know. If not I guess I will sell on EBay. I am trying to sell for $2000 shipped. Everything is in like new condition.
