My 2011 Edge's seat will get stuck in the back position. Ford replaced the module but that was no help. I've found that if I move the seat back and forth (sometimes move it all the way forward) the automatic seats start working again. (I've also have had the seat squeeze me into the steering wheel 3 times. I had to bail out of the car to prevent suffocation!)

Am I hearing correctly? I have the iPhone 4s and am amazed with Siri. She is very easy to converse with. Is the MFT voice the same as Siri? Too bad they don't have the same brain! After telling Siri to call me "Dave" I asked her to do a few things...See attached

I've always said that many owners report improvements but those improvements are a result their MFT system rebooting in the process of updating it. That's why I reboot my system at least once a week.

I've been having the No Art issue with the 2.11 version. The display of any metadata is hit or miss. I've gone for two weeks w/o Art from my iPod and then have Art for no apparent reason. I hadn't rebooted... MFT just decided to display it. I've become VERY tolerant of the issue lately. While I do still have those low moments of MFT Depression, I try to let most of the issue pass in hopes that the "Performance Update" will work. Happy 2012! Will this be the year they find the cure for MFT Depression?

I just changed mine to "expert" mode. All I hear is the bong Search the menus cuz I can't remember where it's at.

That may explain why I have the gate open before I pull away. I was thinking I bumped the fob while getting in the car.

That's Sirius for ya. I refuse to pay the $$$ for the radio stations that are riddled with ads. Auto renew is a common practice. ala Audible.com, Sirius, Hulu....

Good for you! Did this field rep contact you out of the blue? I sure hope the rumored warranty offer is 5/75 but see where someone else got an additional year. Both you and he had talked with a Ford rep. Is Ford only offering these warranties to those who get in their face?

Glad to hear that you are going with the insurance. Has the body shop given you an estimate?

I use the cargo cover. That's why I put the rear headrests back in. The velcro solution would let me go w/o the headrests. EdgieGuy, How's your solution holding up? Have you driven fast with the windows down? I'm concerned that the cover would get sucked out of the BMR if it's not secure. I know from experience that objects will get sucked out though the BMR!

Ya know, I can live with slow performance if the MFT was stable. Not knowing what it is going to do is a real mind F .

Ford made this very user friendly for us... You will need to make sure the pictures are the correct file type, dimensions, & file size. (I think the specs are in this thread as well as the Touch manual)

Just wait for the "Performance Upgrade" :-) It will fix all the problems! Yeah. Right. I'll believe it when I see it.

Sad to hear about your wreck. What a shame! Wish you luck. I would let my insurance know about it. If they raised my rates, I'd get insured with someone else. After all, This is why we have insurance. This is a chance to get some of your $$$ back.

It is still inaccurate. It shows that some iPhones do contact photos. I've never seen contact photos in any of my iPhone iterations.

I had this TSB done a couple of months ago and it seems to have fixed the issue.

I listened to the Autoline this Week ep 1551 with Ford VP. When asked about the MFT problems he mentioned that some owners weren't happy and they needed to improve the interface (no mention of BUGS). He said the new version will be released with the '13 models in February.

I can't drive 60! I've never gotten over 19 on the hi-way in my AWD...but I drive 85! :speedie:

Oh ya. I recall now. Did this recent mailing of the new warranty come with an explanation?

Sirius had a free promo period during thanksgiving. Could this be another promo event? I forgot to check my radio this morning.
