I have a 2012 and the rear Ford Oval on the tailgate is damaged and I would like to replace it. Dealer parts department says they do not know what part that is. Wants me to come in and look at pictures of them, like that will solve it. I am under the impression that the oval is a single piece that can be removed if the tailgate inside panel is removed.
