Murad Ghazi Al-Nakshabandi Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 i just bought a 2013 edge,SEL,it have the remote start button on its FOB,i would like to install the 100 series remote starter,i am in iraq and the dealership cant do it so i have to buy the parts my self can you please help me with the other parts numbesr for the 100 series without the need for the FOB as i would use mine. sajid.ali Posted May 11, 2013 Report Share Posted May 11, 2013 Dear Murad, This is the part no. BC3Z-19G364-A for remote starter kit. You also need the hood switch (if already not equipped) : BT4Z-19G366-A unfortunately it also comes with a set of keys, which need to be cut as per your ignition. You can check at E-bay.com. but after installation this setup has to be enabled / programmed by the dealer, it needs software which normally dealer have. A DIY would help me alot also. Murad, May be you already have the Remote Start System installed in your vehicle and just need to add Hood Switch + Remote Start Activation through IDS.
