enigma-2 Posted July 21, 2015 Report Share Posted July 21, 2015 (edited) On my 09 MKX, the screen is noisy only when the window is not yet fully open. It actually cuts down on the wind noise dramatically. I would check to see if the screen is opening fully, or if some other part may be responsible for the wind noise. Ran over to Starbucks last night, remembered your post and thought I'd see if I could detect the sound you described. At higher speeds there is a soft wind sound from the screen. Never noticed it before, more or less expected I would guess. If it really bothers you, I remember seeing a plastic wind defuser held on by magnets.
