Tmcharest Posted February 29, 2016 Report Share Posted February 29, 2016 When I try to use voice commands and say "call John" it says "calling dot work" and calls the first contact in my contact list. Went on the ford site and it said to erase all emoticons from contact names, do a master reset and Then re-pair the phone. I have done all that 3 times and it's still doing the same thing. enigma-2 Posted March 1, 2016 Report Share Posted March 1, 2016 Did you go through the voice training after you got your car? I bought my MKX used and had this problem.
