sxc370 Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 Hello, I am back! Does anyone seem to know if the cam tensioner is connected with the transfer case. My car is back again the shop and I cannot seem to get any answers other then that my transfer case is appart and they are waiting to see what the new cam tensioner will do. This is now the 3rd time its back since christmas. I have had the foul burning odor blowing into the exhaust system. Now it took them forever to allow me to bring my car back in and by the time I had... it was thumping into gears for better lack of terms.
