kballein Posted November 8, 2017 Report Share Posted November 8, 2017 My 2013 Ford Edge heat on passenger side was blowing cold air, while the drivers side worked fine. I'm sure it was the blend door actuator. I removed it, and changed the position of the door manually and we have heat on the passenger side. I'm trying to order a new one, but all the ones I find for the right (passenger side) seemed to be the reverse of what I pulled out. The Denso part number is AW0637-8530. Is it possible some one put the wrong part on the passenger side? It appears to have been replaced before. It worked fine when we first bought the car, several years ago.
