omsrud Posted March 3, 2019 Report Share Posted March 3, 2019 Hi All, We purchased a 2009 Ford Edge almost three years ago which had an aftermarket touch screen system installed (see image attache). This offered AM/FM radio, CD, iPod capability, bluetooth, and DVD amongst other features. Just recently, the touch screen stop responding and the different options are only able to be changed via the steering wheel media button. But we cannot change radio stations, set favorites, change the time, etc. Does anyone know if there is a way to troubleshoot a touch screen responding issue or is there a fix to this??
