There is a removable cover but there is nothing behind it. The manual also mentions possibly removing the trim but is not specific. I give, anyone able to shed some light on this? If it is anything like the 2019 then it is against the firewall to the left of the brake pedal and faces the brake pedal instead of the dash so you can barely see it with that cover removed. Strange since that cover is so big and really they could have done without it since you can't really see anything without getting under the dash. If you have heated steering, it is impossible to replace fuses in that panel without first removing the heater module. It's held on with two 10mm bolts and the wire harness (accessible from that access panel). I suggest keeping a small 1/4" rachet and a 10mm socket in your trunk for roadside emergencies.
