Ptu vent cap

I have a 2013 Edge. AWD. There is no vent cap or jiggle cap. Just an open hole. Been leaking fluid and I thought at 1st it was right side seal. But. Now I can see that fluid has been leaking from the top. I reached up to where the vent is supposed to be and nothing there. Is there supposed to be a vent cap in that hole?

Yes there should be.  If it is not there, it has been allowing contaminants INTO the PTU all this time, as well as allowing fluid to leak out.  Good time to check and replace the fluid.  As to the vent, you will likely have to get a replacement from the dealer, or source it from eBay or a junkyard.

I think this is the part number, but not 100%
