M5Pilot
My daughter 2015 Edge has a pop up message that says Parking aid fault. I ran forscan on it and it came up B1B36 right front outer sensor circuit short to ground or open. My question is there are 3 sensors on the right front bumper. One near the license plate holder, the next one is on the right front corner and then a third just past that pointing out the side in front of the right front wheel. Which one is the right front sensor, the one on the corner or the one in front of the front wheel?
enigma-2
Most likely cause is corrosion in the connection. I'd pull each and look to see which is corroded. Spray with electrical contacr cleaner. This is what I use: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BXOGNI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabt1_g4XPFbWVKGV57 Edited November 7, 2020 by enigma-
