bojo539 Posted January 29, 2021 Report Share Posted January 29, 2021 For trailer light wiring on a 2013 Limited, is it possible to just replace the rear wiring harness with the factory harness that includes the 4 wire flat plug, and then add the relays and fuses for trailer tow, or is there an in-line module that would still need to be installed somewhere? I understand that there are aftermarket wiring kits, however I would like to attempt the installation of the factory wiring first if possible. bojo539 Posted January 29, 2021 Author Report Share Posted January 29, 2021 I did a little more research and it appears the relay box under the hood is not wired for the trailer tow relays and fuses, so looks like I will be going with the aftermarket trailer wiring harness/module.
