How to find Sirius ID ?

Hey guys,

 

I picked up a used 2007 Ford Edge a few months ago. Sirius radio was active but went out yesterday. I need to find the Sirius ID so I can order it again. According to the owners manual it says while in satellite radio press AUX and preset 1 at the same time. I tried that and it did not work. Anyone know how to get the ID #?

Ours is still working for a couple more weeks.

What does your display read when you push the AUX button?

And what does is say when you then push the AUX and 1 at the same time.

Ours does give the serial #.

Also, when mine expired, I recall that the telephone number is listed WITH the ESN number to make activating easier.

 

Try this..... Menu > System Info > lower left corner you should see "SR ESN:" and there it is

Hey guys,

 

Right now it just scrolls call Sirius with the 800 #. No id after that. If I hit the aux and preset #1 it still just says call sirius. I'll try Menu > System Info when I get home tonight.

Hey guys,

 

I wanted to post the solution in case anyone else is ever looking for the Sirius ID when it only displays call Sirius 1-888... The book says to hit AUX and Preset 1. what I have found is that you have to hit is a couple of times. It will display the # after hitting that key combination about 3 or 4 times.
