zbeggs Posted July 1, 2021 Report Share Posted July 1, 2021 Hi, I've seen that several people have had issues with their Sync 2 systems not playing well with their phones, and it appears I'm one of them. I just bought a 2011 Edge SEL, and while the system pairs easily with my Samsung S20 Note (and shows it's connected for media, calls, etc.), I have the dreaded issue where incoming and outgoing calls don't work - I can't hear the person I'm talking to, and they can't hear me. However, everything else - dialing, phonebook, media playback over bluetooth, etc. - works just fine. I've deleted and re-added the phone, restarted the phone, changed settings per other's experiences, and performed a master reset of the Sync system. Same story every time, it just doesn't work with calls. I've scoured this forum and others looking for other solutions, and nothing seems to do the trick, so I figured I'd post here and see if anyone had any other ideas. I love the car and the system, but hands-free calling is kind of a necessity for me. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BTW, are you certain that your volume is turned up? Maybe they can hear you but you can't hear them when they respond.
