Tjmall Posted March 21 Report Share Posted March 21 I have a iPhone & a 2022 Ford Edge sel awd. I have been having problems with my Bluetooth. It connects fine but when I received a phone call it’s a quick hello & then i can’t hear anything on my end, i hang up & call back all is good. Sometimes when i make a call person answers then it’s all static that you can’t make out the conversation. I call back all is good. I have had the dealership to multiple up dates, tried the reset multiple times, tech’s updated the wireless charging module, APIM replacement x2. Any help would be greatly appreciated. enigma-2 Posted March 31 Report Share Posted March 31 Don't know how to fix,, but I seen same problem in other Ford forums. Seems daily common. Both IPhone and Android. Concensus seems to be that it started with update. Conflicts with Sync4. Has it always done this, or started at/near specific date? If date, check update dates on iPhone to see if they coincide.
