Edge184 Posted April 16, 2009 Report Share Posted April 16, 2009 I was searching around the internet and found some kits for vertical doors. Anyone ever thought of doing this mod to their vehicle. I am thinking about it but have to do some more homework on what it would entail. The kits are around $500 don't know what it would cost to install or if there would been any touchup to the paint on the vehicle. Any thoughts. "lambo" doors they are often called. did you find some for the actual Edge or photos of one as I did not at the time. I watched the install of a pair on a TV show once and it looked like a bit more than I would want to bite off.. some must be welded, some are bolt on. electrical harnesses need extensions often.
