Curt Hitch vs Draw Tite

Recommended Posts

All - Time to install a 2" receiver.

I am choosing between Curt and Draw Tite. I want (i) a low profile, clean look, and (ii) a long wearing finish so it does not rust (up here in the Northeast - harsh winders).

Do they both look the same once installed?

Is the Curt any better than the Draw Tite in terms of finish to the metal - or vice versa?

I cannot comment on the diff per se.. I would say 90% of the people here have the Curt. which kind of says something. 1 photo in my gallery. I would NOT want one that goes into the fascia so the fascia has to be cut... below looks/is awesome.

now, I do recall, not sure what brand (HH??) and it is mentioned in a different hitch thread, that only uses 4 bolts to attach the hitch. Curt uses 6 bolts and thus, requires you to drill 2 new holes. So, that is effort/time for install BUT is also a bit more stable.
