Have not experienced this problem however, do remember reading in the manual that there is a way to turn this feature off, you may want to double check the manual and it may help??? Scroll through on the computer to the display with only mileage and compass - no other features. Press the setup button, keep pressing it as needed to scroll through the options to easy entry, press reset to toggle between on and off. Can do the same with the autolock/unlock, lights on timing when you unlock or lock the car. I do recall i was trying to use the keypad entry to open the rest of the doors and after i typed in the code i hit 3/4 and 5/6 together and that seemed to turn off the autolock feature which i then had to go back into the computer to reset - dont know if there are any other combinations that might turn off that feature or others.
