According to a former Ford tranny engineer - almost anything other than long highway driving is severe. He recommends 30K service. Other Ford engineers say 150K is just fine. IN my opinion, as long as you didn't overheat/drive like a bat out of hell when towing, you should be fine. As akirby said, I'd do the 30 or 60K service - cheap insurance.
