There is a rattle coming from back seat area that the dealer can't find. Also on AM radio station there is a lot of static that increases when the fan is turned up. The dealer checked connections etc but can not fix it. They tried the radio on another Edge and it did the same thing. Other cars do not have the same problem. nlr Posted May 1, 2007 Report Share Posted May 1, 2007 I had a rattle towards the back and it was the license plate holder on the back end. Padded it, and no more rattle. I am not having any problem with static on the radio so can't help you with that one. My MPG is getting very close to what was advertised and I only have about 500 miles on my Edge. If you have the Vista Roof, I noticed a rattle coming from the rear sun roof. The plastic trim inside the car around the rear sun roof comes loose and rattles.
