Does any1 know wht this is for help plz This activates the passenger ejection seat (only if the one sitting in the passenger seat weights more than 200 pounds). RayoVac Posted August 13, 2007 Report Share Posted August 13, 2007 If you are asking about removing the Mirror from the windshield on the Edge, to do it without breaking the glass, either take it to a Glass Shop (they will have the special tool) or spend $10 and get the tool. It is a two pronged flat blade thing that slides up between the mount and the mirror. I tried it without the tool, using a small screwdriver to pry the spring... and broke the windshield. All this to put in a new Mirror with External Temp Display. ps.
