I bought ebc slotted/dimpled rotors for my sport trac and had them cryo-treated before installation. I added ebc greenstuff pads and it would stop in half the distance of the oems. I drive a little aggressively, so it was a needed upgrade. It has 52k miles right now and my 4th set of tires went on in January, but still on my first set of rotors...

So I ordered a Sport, and I hate chrome. I further hate that the only chrome on it is at the top of the headlights and across the top of the grille. Holy out of place, Batman! Well, there is no paint-to-match option from Ford and I don't feel comfortable painting chrome on the nose. I found a fairly new fake carbon fiber film that I considered putting over it. I ordered some to play with and see personally. My wife has a Civic, so I thought, "Hey, it's already a ricemobile. Why not use it for a guinea pig?" Here's where I did her grille emblem tonight. Any thoughts?

X-plan isn't really that good. It's over invoice. Unless you're getting a Sport, you can do better as a normal consumer. For the one I just ordered... Retail - 42585 X plan - 40014.57 D plan - 38492.07 A/Z plan - 38392.07 Invoice - 39899.07 There's also only 2k in rebates unless you're a cop or military.

Okay, since my edge isn't made yet, I need some help to pre-plan playing with it. Could someone please take the following pics for me? Headlight assembly Taillight assembly License plate lights Radio antenna Wipers front and rear Grille (Sport would be great) Also, are the Ford emblems smooth or is the chrome part raised? Are the windshield squirters in the hood, in the cowl, or on the wipers? Are they painted or black? What diameter are the exhaust tips? Has anyone tried removing any of the interior console/dash panels yet? I will play more, but the rest of the projects should wait til I have it. Thanks in advance
