Yay! It works! After reading ferneyhough's post, I decided I just had to have a waterproof and dropproof drive. I found the same one in 750GB, exFATed it, and it works great. I also figured out the problem with the last drive. It was USB 3.0.

An Audiocontrol Lc2i, a small amp, and a good 8 in the stock box works pretty well, also.

Yeah, velcro actually sticks, but looks like a polished turd. It's alright. I moved the pod down to the side of the center console. Oh yeah, and velcro on the windshield stuck, but over three days, it starded sliding down the glass and melting.
