1. I.... Want.... Cherry Bombs.....
2. Where at in BK and LI? I used to live in Brooklyn and now I live on Long Island. :D
3. The new 2014 Jeep had me calling my bank to see how much I owe on my Sport... I would do dirty things to get an 2014 SRT Jeep.
4. Good choice. That happened to my parent's with Irene. My dad had bought my mom a brand new Linc Navigator, decked out with all the options. 2 years away from paying it off, a tree slammed the crap out of it. Anyway, good choice man! You'll find a lot of help on here.
5. Thanks bud <3 I must tell you though, when I got them there were soem scratches on them and there is a small stril in the headlight that wasn't colored.... Plus when it rains they fog up inside... So take the good with the bad and make your choice on ordering them.
6. Moved to correct section.
7. Slightly off topic, but does anyone know if billetbadges have black chrome?
8. Yeah, I have AWD and it is a pain in the ass on gas. I put up with it for an easy winter transition though. Where on Long Island are you from? I live on Long Island as well! =)
9. Very nice! Good luck! And yes, the upgraded suspension really helps level out the wheel size and provides an unexpected smooth ride. =D Enjoy, you'll love it.
10. There is still no word on where to get an actual logo customized?
11. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="Swatman27" data-cid="95415" data-time="1366164421">
I just used an overlay for my emblem.

I got it from Dmb.uk.com

I used them too. The gel overlay is a great product. Still wish so bad I could find an actual emblem of what I want tho.... It's basically a sticker that goes over the original logo. Fits great and looks great

I got black background with chrome writing

12. I am too, my buddy is worse than me though. He owns a very good body shop in Queens and I always take stuff to him so he can look it over for me. He catches everything.
13. I like them. A buddy of mine has a Ford Flex and put the 22'' Edge Sport rims on it. Looks sick.
14. Look around the forums for it. He posted the entire set up a while back.
15. Mothers is a pretty safe bet as the best for whatever you're trying to do... Mainly wax. Great products.
16. It's AWD man. It pays off in the winter but it sucks for gas miles. I hate mine too... Except when it's raining like hell or we get snow lol.
17. Yeah but you told them you didn't have a new exhaust system... I can't keep going back and forth on exhaust systems... I just got off the phone with my cousin's boyfriend who works in my dealership's service department and asked him about it. He said (obviously) Ford is going to try to get out of anything they can, especially if it was a big job like the cats. And they go out of their way to try and do it... I don't know though. My thing is, I don't want to come across a $1,000-$2,000 problem over the 40hp I'd gain by doing the stuff I want to do to the car... Urghhhhh
18. Yeah the 3.5 is very good on gas. Strange! You guys have the AWD as well? I never seem to get good gas miles, and I don't dig my spurs into her much...
19. Congrats on your new ride and your new baby! You won't regret it, believe me on that! Enjoy and post anything you need to know here, we have a very knowledgeable community. I hope to see you around often, we always welcome new active members! Post some pics along the way too! :P
20. No way. Of course Kirby is still here! I have him to thank for setting me up with the opporunity! Haha I'll do my best. Like I discussed with our Forum owner, Robert, I encourage debate. There is nothing wrong with a friendly debate/disagreement. But if it starts turning ugly or into just a flame war that is when it is a no no.
21. Swat, I am aware it is insurance fraud, but if you drive around New York you would see more out of state plates than actual New York plates. I am far from the only one doing this. I think the REAL crime is them charging so much money for the actual insurance. I am also aware that a rental is not included in full coverage. I did tell them I wanted rental added when I signed up. But when they made their mistake merging my dad's policy with mine and we had to fix it, they took all the coverage options my dad had and put it on mine... He didn't have rental, so they didn't add it back to my policy when "fixing" their mistake. Therefore THEIR mistake but they don't want to do anything about it. Rockballer, You are taking everything I said and putting a twist on it... What I said is IN MY OPINION this is the best vehicle forum out right now. I didn't say the best forum in general. I am very aware we aren't the most active forum out there, far from it. I even said in the very next sentence (and even in other posts on other topics) I would like for us to be more active. Calling us the "deadest" forum on the net is way extreme though... But activity isn't the only thing that goes into making a good forum, I feel our community is what makes us great. I have been a part of quite a few vehicle forums; My last truck, a Dodge Nitro, I was a member of 2 forums. I also was a member of probably 8 Mustang forums for my Cobra. Those along with other forums I've been a member of and friends have told me about consist of about 5-10% of members who actually do research and find new things, better prices of things, help fellow members with questions, etc. But the rest of that 95-90% is people who are just too lazy to google to find out their problems and post it on the forum for someone else to do it for them, or your constant bashers of everything everyone puts up. This community is filled with so many people who ACTUALLY take the time to look things up and post their findings to help their forum members. So many friendly encouraging members who even if they don't like what someone does to their vehicle, find something nice to say or constructive criticism to make it better instead of just bashing it. The same person you see asking for help with something one day, you see the next week posting a new find. I agree, complaining when someone uses a curse word in friendly conversation on a forum full of adults could be a little irritating, but to judge the entire forum on that is just insane. Especially since you've been a member for a year and only have 26 posts, maybe if you were more involved with the community you'd understand why so many people enjoy it. Again, twisting my words. I didn't say that people should get their ENTIRE year payment back if nothing happens. What I said was we should get a percentage of our yearly payments back if there were no claims made. 15% of that $3,600 you mentioned is $540... There is no one on here who couldn't use some extra cash, especially almost $600. When my insurance was in New York I was paying $420 a month... 15% of that is 756... Unless you own an insurance company I'm not sure why you would be against that, it seems extremely fair to me. Especially since like I said, it costs them pennies to cover us when nothing happens.
