Awesome explanation, I am eventually going to replace my turn signals with leds, this helps out a electrical newbie a lot. Can using the resistors be avoided by using the "CAN bus" bulbs that have a resistor built into the bulb? Anyone have any suggestions for a supplier for good LEDs? I know of VLEDs and Superbrightleds, they seem to be the most mentioned for a quality bulb. Thanks.

You could try and unplug one injector at a time and see if the noise goes away/changes. If there is no difference in noise, then you know for sure it isn't an injector.

Just to add to this topic as I was curious after I was reading this thread for research before I bought my Edge. I have a new 2013 Limited AWD, I was at 6 miles to empty, and I put in 18.5 gallons with three clicks on the nozzle to top off. So it seems my gauge isn't to far off as I had .7 of a gallon left.

No, the dealership never followed up with me. I emailed my rep a couple weeks after ordering to get the vin so I could set up my insurance.

They told me the standard "6-10" weeks as well when I ordered it. I'm pretty sure it won't be that long.

I have been reading the forum here since the Edge was on our short list of new cars. Lots of great info on here. We ordered our Edge on March 5th and it was built March 18th. It was delivered to our dealer that is only 30 miles from the Ford Oakville plant last night. We took a drive up to get a peek at it. We are very happy with our choices. My son (and I) wanted the blue exterior, I picked the light stone interior without seeing one in person so we were not sure how it would look. After seeing it today we love the lighter interior, and after looking at an Edge next to ours in the lot with the popular black interior we think we made the right choice. We went through this same decision, the Santa Fe is an awesome value for sure. We test drove one and found it rode nice and was as quiet as the Edge. In the end though we ordered a Edge AWD Limited, mainly because my last 2 vehicles have been Fords and I haven't had many problems with them. The Edge is made 30 miles from us here on Toronto, and we were worried about buying a new updated model year vehicle. In the end we ended up getting an awesome deal on our Edge AWD LTD for less than the Santa Fe anyways. We ordered our Edge on March 5th, hopefully the wait isn't too much longer.
