  1. Mine has been doing the same thing for months. Took it into dealer they had NO CLUE. NOT TAKING MY 2015 Sport to Suprise Ford anymore. They have fixed NOTHING.
  2. Folks. Is there someone that can take a photo of their trunk accessories so I can see what came with the Sport (Jack, cargo net......?). Thanks in advance.
  3. Ok. I've been coming to this forum since March of 2015. It seems to me that Ford is having a ton of issues with the product that we purchased from them, in my case a 2015 Sport. I'm losing patients and confidence with my dealer and the factory pertaining to all of our issues with this vehicle. I will NOT be purchasing another Ford product. What say you?

  5. Well. It's looks like I got one of last tires in the country. Can't understand why they would put these on the new 2015 Edge and then discountinue them

  7. Thanks guys. This is the response I was needing to hear. Hopefully Ford is following this conversation.
  8. Ok it seems that the noise coming from under the dash was actually coming from under the hood. Apparently the hood insulation was rattling on the vehicle at speeds above 65mph. I tightened down the clips which hold the insulation in place. No more noise!
  9. Brought my Sport in for service. It seems there is currently NOT a fix for the cooled seats. Told my services rep I expect the problem to be resolved. I get the feeling Ford is going to take a knee on this one. I suggest everyone call their dealer and ask to have the problem fix ASAP.
  10. Easily duplicated just drive at 65. Scheduled for dealer as soon as my tire is in.
  11. Wow. What a surprise! Took my Sport into Discount Tire in Centtral Phoenix. My rear tire cannot be repaired because of where the nail is (top of side wall). Hankook stopped making this tire!!!! They have a new model but it is not the same tire as this factory tire currently on my Sport (manufactured in May 2015). My dealer, Surpsrise Ford located a tire on the east coast. How crazy is that???
  12. No loss of power. The noise was coming from around the center of dash at around the screen area. I'll check the cabin filter area as you suggested. Thank you.
  13. Wow. Was driving tonight in Phx, on freeway. When I hit 80mph a sound came out of the dash board that sounded like a squirrel cage turning at high speed with a playing card stuck in it. Could it be an issue with the turbo? My Sport has 3900 miles on it. I have a video but can't figure out how to attach it here. Scared the piss out of me and my wife. Anyone have this issue? Thanks. JS
  14. Thank you. I plan to have them reprogrammed if possible when I have the seat cooling and paint issues taken care of. Thanks again.
  15. My sensors are driving me crazy. On a 6 mile stretch of intercity driving my sensors go off at least 6-8 times. Other cars, light poles, signage and other things seems to be setting the red and yellow sensors off. It's a pain in the ass when you are on the phone and pull up to an intersection and have this sh&@ go off. My wife's 2015 Lexus never does this. Just another item on this vehicle that just doesn't work like it should. Like the cooled seats. Like the water sensing windshield wipers. I could go on....
  16. I would overall fit and finish at a 5. My rear hatch was way off alignmnet. The dealer did a pretty good job to getting it back. But it's still not as good as it could be. I just noticed the paint is peeling at the top of the rear bumper where it sits under the rear tail lamp. Paint finish is so so. Interior finish seems to be ok. Overall I must say Ford will need to step up their game before I purchase from them again. I enjoy the vehicle overall but that's NOT enough for me to come back. I'll purchase a Lexus next time.
  17. I bought the Ford product for my Sport. It works just fine once the heat gets it to sit flat. Looks good works fine.
  18. Called my dealer again today. Scheduled my appointment for tomorrow, even though I was told by the service Rep "there is no current fix". I told him I just want to be on the record that I'm unhappy and would like to get "in line" for for THE FIX when the factory figures it out. Will keep everyone posted.
  19. I'll be calling my dealer back after hearing from you. Asking to put me in the "Q". Hard to believe they don't have a fix. Now it on to my "failing" paint.... Ford has some issues. Are we living in the 70's again? Wow.
  20. Wow. Incredible. How did Ford miss something like this? I guess everything is designed and tested via computer these days?? My cooled seats are virtually useless. When I turn them on the seat back heats up. I would have never purchased the black suede seats in AZ if I knew this option was going to do what it is doing.
  21. Folks. I called my service Rep today and asked him if he had heard of the issue per this thread. He said he had not. I asked him if he would please check into the issue before I being the vehicle in, as not to waste his time and mine. Has anyone had the issue resolved?
  22. Thank you boiler for keeping us up to date and taking the time to post the details. I do agree with you; paid way too much for things not to work as advertised. I'll be calling tomorrow to speak with my rep and sales person. Let's all do this to get some action by Ford. After all it's not like they have to worry as much as VW does!!!?
  23. Agreed. I'll be making my call tomorrow. I would have never purchased suede seats in AZ if I knew the seats would not cool correctly as ADVERTISED. This might be my last Ford. Love the vehicle but this is bull s@it.
