Jimmy welcome to the club! After reading the review of your ST it pretty much echos my thoughts. I'm not very happy the way the car drives in sport mode. I've had mine just over a week and otherwise I like the car alot ingot silver,401a,cold weather pkg and 20" wheels. Thanks for the tip on the radio.

Navy 62-66 Vietnam did 2 West Pac tours aboard USS Ranger. Second tour was during Vietnam in the gulf of Tonkin. My grand kids ask me if I was in the military and I tell them I was in the old Navy when the ships were wood and the men were steel! Salute to all that have served.

I ordered a ST on 7-11 and was told that it was to be built on 9-13 then later that it was to arrive at the dealer sometime around 9-30 but that didn't happen! the dealer said that they got it confused with another vehicle and it was know scheduled to be built on 11-7 and be shipped on 11-19. My question is does Ford have a website the I can check the status of my car on?

Well after posting that my dealer said my ST would would be delivered between sept 27-30.I'm still waiting for it! After a couple of calls to the dealer they are not sure if it is still setting at the factory or where the hell it's at. But they said they are hoping that it will be in before november? If anyone see's a silver ST anywhere let me know mine seems to have lost it's way....................................SHIT!

Just got a call from my dealer and he said that my St was on the way from Canada and should arrive between Sept 27-30. It is being shipped by rail.So everyone else can be looking for theirs soon also.

I have been reading this thread and looking at a bunch of edge drag racing videos and a couple of things that come to mind.!1st let me say that I have been drag racing since 1960 but alot of this turbo stuff is new to me but I'm learning little by little. I read some guys saying that wheel hop is a problem for the Edge at the starting line. The rear suspension uses a coil springs.Many cars in the sixties had the same problem with wheel hop and the were able stop the problem with air bags inside the coils. A friend had a 62 pontiac and he cured the hop by putting 5-10 lbs of air in each bag. 2nd there seams that the stock intercooler is not efficent enough to keep the computer from pulling timing & boost slowing MPH the last 4-5 seconds. The cure would be to replace the stock intercooler and piping with the most efficent one available and a 160 thermostat. I may not be telling you guys anything new but just thought I would throw in my 2 cents worth.Of course I could be a wrong!

I would like to join the the 12 sec. club.But first I have to get an Edge, I have a Edge ST ordered but like everyone else we are waiting for ford to build it.I'm going to start buying some performance parts very soon. I intend to get either a magna flow cat back or borla cat back which ever I can get the best deal on. Most vendors have internet sales on the holidays so for labor day I will get the exhaust and also the AFE intercooler w/hot and cold pipes.Livernois tunes looks very good but will go with a dyno tune at Crucial performance in Columbus,Oh. I will also look at air intakes & performance filters,thermostats,and Rear motor mount, then some testing to see what else it need to get into the 12's.One thing I have going for me is I go to Florida january to april and stay 8 miles from Bradington drag strip.

Welcome ...While I'm waiting for my St to arrive I have been deciding what performance parts I will install. I think I will do about the same as you have. I will have a dyno tune done after a intercooler and hot & cold tubes and magna flow exhaust,RMM,thermostat. What intercooler will you use? Oh and custom wheels and summer tires.

I ordered my ST on 7-11-18. And was told that production would likely start 9-4-18. Today I spoke with my dealer and was told that production would start the week of 8-13-18. Has anyone else heard this?

I have been waiting since feburary to order it. Ingot silver with 401A and cold weather package,20" wheels. Just saw the standard wheels that come on it and don't care for them at all.But since it won't be built until September I have pleny of time to find wheels and tires I like. MSRP$49430.After I get about 3000 miles on it I will get a cat back exhaust + dyno tuned.

Old newbie looking to get a 2019 Edge ST, put a tune in it and put a big smile on my face.
