First I want to apologize for the duplicate post; I hope I edited it to everyone satisfaction. Second thanks for the replies, I did not run a car fax, it did not even dawn on me. I figured I was buying a $30k + Ford from a Ford Dealer that the whole vehicle would be covered by the warranty. I’m pretty sure they (The Dealer) ran one and knew the vehicle history. I feel that I’ve been misrepresented. I hope they do the right thing! Shame on me, live and learn….. I will keep you posted.

I have an 08 Limited I bought used from a Ford Dealer. It had around 12K miles on it when I bought it, it now has 18k on it. The other day I found some paint bubbling around one of the back up sensors that are in the rear bumper. Showed it to the service representative, he said “You bought this used, right. I’ll have to talk to your sales person; we will get back to you.” Should this be covered under warranty or not? Thanks for your help.

Well, yes I can. It was not the cup holders. Its still there. Im going to take the spair tire out and leave the back floor out and drive and see what happens. It almost sounds like the seat belt buckle rattleing against plastic. (But its not) The funny thing is that it seems to be worst in the morning and gos away as the day gets warmer .

Ive had a rattle comming from the back seat and was not able to find it. Well, mistery solved! Back seat center arm rest cup holders. :happy feet:

Found mine on my 08, very dirty. Blew it off, hosed it off dried it and put it back in.

If nobody wanted it cooler than 65, then whey have 60 as an option? I doubt Ford did any reasearch on this, my point was the engineering would have been the same either way. How many T-Stats have you seen that skips tempatures?

I like it cool, jacket or no jacket. Its just annoying when 65 is just not cool enough to my liking, and when I lower it to 60 the fan clicks on to high. If I could set it to 64 or 63 in auto the fan would not blow full. 5 degrees is a big differential. Yes I could lower the fan manually but that defeats the purpose of auto. I was just wondering why they cut out 61-64.

Yes, I agree. I have scraped my mirrors entering my garage many times with my edge. Theres only 2 or 3 inches on each side of the mirror going through the door.

Is there away to set the tempature to 63? Some times I like it cooler when wearing a winter jacket, I have to set it at 60 and lower the fan speed. I would prefer just to use auto mode, but at 60 in auto the fan blows full speed.
