  1. add another one to the growing collection. My wife's Titanium surges and bucks at low speed. The tech who normally works on our vehicles said he didn't feel anything until the vehicle 'jumped" at steady throttle. Ford has no information he can find.
  2. We've had an issue with the wipers running then stopping at the A pillars. They sit for several seconds, then the driver wiper will make a swipe, stop at the A pillar, and then both start working again. No rhyme nor reason to this. Don't seem to matter if it was a heavy rain or sprinkle. Anyone familiar with this issue?
  3. Went out and yes, they are working. Thanks for the suggestions.?
  4. Yep, we leave both the Edge and F-150 on automatic. Easier to just leave them there. I'll have to take the Edge out Sunday. Need to make a run to Atlanta and will be heading home on I-75 after dark. We'll see if it works then.
  5. We've done that before and after the update. No difference. Vehicle has 301A package and we have the Ford notification letter in hand. Everyone at dealer agrees the 301A package should have the adaptive lights. Will look again tonight, probably video and see if there is any movement.
  6. Check out this site from the F-150 Forum. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-8dKaS_Spu4Zw4hV_CrKC4tLoP9G8yejqegF1wxIqxY/edit
  7. Except for actually driving at night, where I've seen no difference, I have no other ideas to test. I'm open to suggestions.
  8. I had the software fix performed on my wife's 19 Titanium (301A package) but we see no difference. The tech, who has done all my electronics on my F-150s. He is researching the problem. Anyone has suggestions?
  9. I recently purchased a 2019 Titanium 2.0L for my wife. We have approximately 3000 miles and I've noticed the tailpipes are extremely sooty. That was after a 400 mile run on the Interstate. I have a 2016 F-150 with 5.0L and there has never been soot in the tailpipe. Is this a case of burning too rich or something normal with these 2.0L engines?
  10. We just purchased a 2019 Titanium and are thinking about mounting a trailer hitch. My wife would like to be able to tow a small trailer to haul her kayak to where she can put it in the water. I've been trying to find out if a hitch will prevent using the foot sensor for the tailgate. I've only been able to find hitches from Ford or Curt ( the later is about 1/3 less $ that OEM). I haven't been able to find out exactly where the sensors are so I can try to figure if the hitch will interfere or if I can move them. Any suggestions on who makes hitches that would work and if there will be interference with the kicker opening.
