One of the dealer's managers had been driving it, took delivery with about 3700 miles, never had been titled obviously. Love it so far, I traded in a '08 California Special purchased from the same dealer. I think it has every option; more than I ever would've ordered. Other choices were '13 Escape or a Mini Cooper Countryman, for 2k more I splurged. I appreciate al the posts and have learned quite a little in the last week. Thanks all!
