JamesbialeK Posted September 19, 2012 Report Share Posted September 19, 2012 Hi, I have a quick question - I own a 2013 Ford Edge Sport AWD (with 22s) and I need to get winter tires for this coming cold Winer season here in Canada. Buying 22 inch winter tires are super expensive, so I've got a lead on a new set of Blizzak tires (245/45 R20) on seperate rims. They reportedly came off a Taurus SHO. The wheels (rims) are 8.5" wide with a '114.3 x 5' bolt pattern. Will these fit my Edge? Are there any issues I should worry about with the different in rims/tires? Your help us appreciated! c_bova Posted September 21, 2012 Report Share Posted September 21, 2012 (edited) look up the bolt pattern for the edge, if it matches then you should be able to use them, but also check to make sure the hub bore is the same, otherwise you'll need spacers if they are to big or if they are to small they won't work. also make sure that the size tire you get appropriately matches the diameter of the tires you are replacing, you can use a tire size calculator to figure this out.
