PaulSchott Posted April 18, 2015 Report Share Posted April 18, 2015 I just buffed out my headlights today. First step, 1200 wet dry paper. Instead of water I used WD40 as a lube. Second step, Meguires mirror glaze. Fairly abrasive. I also used WD40 as a lube when the compound started to dry up. Third step, 3M foam polishing pad glaze. Foam pad on all steps. I wish I thought of taking pictures before. They weren't too bad but they were showing their age and exposure to Arizona sun.
