So our '10 Edge keeps asking if we want to do a vehicle health report every 100 miles and its getting old. Is there a way to turn that feature off?

The procedure is detailed in your Navigation Manual:

 

1. Press the PHONE hard button on the navigation system.

2. Select the ‘Settings’ tab on the touchscreen.

3. Press ‘Advanced’.

4. Select ‘Vehicle Health Report’.

5. Select ‘Automatic Reports’.

6. Enter the desired setting.

 

Once you have turned on the automatic report feature, you can then choose at which mileage intervals you would like to be prompted to run a health report.

1. Press the PHONE hard button on the navigation system.

2. Select the ‘Settings’ tab on the touchscreen.

3. Press ‘Advanced’.

4. Select ‘Vehicle Health Report’.

5. Select ‘Mileage Interval’.

6. Select the desired mileage interval setting.

When the chosen mileage is reached, SYNC will automatically prompt you and ask if you would like to run a health report. You can then accept

and SYNC will send you an e-mail with the information or you can choose to have SYNC remind you later.

I don't have a touch screen, just a 6 disk/mp3.

I followed the book and never saw vehicle health report but I did turn promts off. We'll see

Never mind, as I was backing out and kept selecting return it showed up. I selected off

[enigma-2]

Good to hear you were able to find it. Wonder if you were to go back and set it now for every 5k miles, if it would work properly? (IE turning it off and on would reset it).
