Keith Halverson
Hi I have a 2014 Ford edge that that when you use the navigation for a long trip. The miles to destination on the main screen will read less then the instrument panel navigation part on the right side. I have had it to the dealer and they did all the software up grades, and nothing changed with the problem. The dealer service said that they check with ford and was told that they we not aware of the issue. My question is anyone else having this problem? I have photos attach. Thanks for your time Keith
enigma-2
Curious. Just a random thought on this, there are 3 different modes that can be used to determine trip distance to end point (fastest, most direct & ECO). Wonder if the nav display is reading mosr direct & instrument panel reading fastest? Is it possible to even change this (don't have a 2012 to verify)? Keith Halverson
I tried changed the mode setting wasn't able to get the Shortest one to compute on the dash, just like it was stuck. The ECO one worked but no change in the miles.. Thanks for the input.
FordIVTteam
Hi Keith, I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else, and I'd like to get this escalated to my support. When you get a chance and if this is still happening, please PM your VIN, approximate mileage, best contact phone number and the details (including everything you've tried so far).
