Magnetic Posted April 27, 2018 Report Share Posted April 27, 2018 Have 2017 Ford Edge SEL with sync 3. Just completed a 3,700 mile Northwest trip and did the set destination on nav sync 3. The system was working just fine. Then out of the blue it adds unknown address. And starts to tell me to make a series of turns for that destination which I ignored and then the system recalculates after I pass that unknown address to my original destination. Not once but twice on the trip the nav sync 3 added a unknown address .........what causes that problem ? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
