Everything you need to know is in the owner's manual as far as parts and fluid specs and part numbers, type of oil, etc. If you don't have one you can get it online at owner.ford.com or motorcraftservice.com. Mact has posted videos on his oil testing and oil recommendations.

Welcome and congrats. You will find the initial maintenance intervals to be WAY too long. Whenever you get a used vehicle, the rule of thumb? CHANGE ... ALL ... FLUIDS (except maybe brake fluid, LOL).

5W30 engine oil - full synthetic preferred for Ecoboosts

Coolant - you can flush with Motorcraft Orange, or flush with Peak Universal Extended Life

Oil Filter - Motorcraft FL500s, or really step up the game to Purolator BOSS

OCIs - will depend on your driving conditions. Go by hours, not mileage. If all highway, 200 hours. All city, 100. The IOLM can be used also, but the hours recommendation is based on independent Blackstone Labs testing

Transmission Fluid - Motorcraft Mercon LV, or perform a fluid exchange with Valvoline Full Synthetic MultiVehicle ATF (better)

If AWD, replace PTU/RDU fluids with Redline Lightweight Shockproof (in both, yes, both). But definitely change them out.

HTH.
