Embalmer Posted May 18, 2008 Report Share Posted May 18, 2008 I persuaded my 66 year old mother out of her 9 year old Dodge Caravan into a new 2008 Edge Limited. She drove it, decided what options she wanted (White Sand Limited w/Vista Roof, Camel interior & NO 20" wheels!) and our local dealer found the exact match. We were able to use an X-plan pin (my father-in-law in a Ford retiree) plus use the $2000 bonus cash plus the $1000 conquest rebate. We also had a $750 rebate from the online brochure request as mentioned in this forum, be we could not use that and the $1000 conquest rebate together. So far, all she can say is she loves it! You need to get a Weathertech rubber mat for the rear cargo area ASAP! Actually, hers does have the power liftgate (you can see the bar in the rear pic) and sirius radio.
