DBC66 Posted November 8, 2018 Report Share Posted November 8, 2018 (edited) 2008 Edge Limited 3.5 FWD Idle at stop good but some slight misbeats at times Changed mass air flow sensor (Hitachi brand $66) Idle seems to have worsened PCV valve next? Last thing I want to do is change sparkplugs because I don’t wan’t to do that myself because of placement - $450 at dealer Any ideas? The myth is bigger than the reality Look up the MACTFORDEDGE channel on YT, should be very helpful to you. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJb7karK2nhyA7G1BW6xESg On a 2007-8 especially, replacing plugs, maybe even coils is essential when such errors start to arise. Or be prepared to lose the PCM. and have codes read from the PCM. any major auto parts store - free. Welcome to the forum, btw.
