By David A. Wood , CarComplaints.com Posted in News So apparently the judge dismissed all 55 claims from the plaintiffs but said she would possibly consider it being refiled. Probably nothing will come of it. I just posted it for those who have had or are wondering about the issue. i couldn’t get the headline resized down.
