1Stringy Posted November 24, 2020 Report Share Posted November 24, 2020 I just updated my '19 Edge ST to Sync 3.4 via the USB stick download - everything went well. System is stable and operates nicely. The Ford Website instructions have a final step to upload the Logs to complete or verify the update. I tried to do this and the USB drive I used doesn't have any XML file as a log. How do I get Ford to acknowledge my update? I had this same issue with my 2017 Flex - I can't see any additional updates for that system since I cannot or have not verified the update. Any information or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
