Prolyphix74 Posted September 2, 2022 Report Share Posted September 2, 2022 Good afternoon. I'm having an issue with my touch even in my 2014 Ford Edge. It won't accept my touch. So I basically can't do anything on the screen. But everything is still working. It shows back up camera when in reverse. Everything below screen manually works. I have pulled the first from the box in the car and then re installed it and no change. Also disconnected battery. Waited a couple hours and still the same issue. Please help. Simultaneously press and hold the 'Seek up' and the audio unit 'Power' buttons until the screen goes black. Wait three / four minutes to allow the system to complete the reset. Problem has also been linked to a defective APIM. Ford used to have an extended warranty on it, don't remember if it's still in effect however.
